After School Care Registration 2024-2025

Grade 1-6
The Linden School’s After School Care Program is for students in Grade 1 to Grade 6. Students in Grades 1 – 6 must either be in the After School Care Program or leave the school by 4:00 pm. Our program provides a nutritious and appetizing snack each day along with fun programming.

The After Care Program begins at dismissal of school and ends promptly at 5:45 pm.

Should you need to use our after school care services please email requests to aftercare@lindenschool.ca. The cost for daily After School Care is $25.00 per day. Payment must be submitted to the After School Coordinator at pick up.

For Packages 1 and 2 fees must be paid IN ADVANCE, at the beginning of the school year. We are unable to offer refunds once the package is selected and paid for.

Cash, Cheque or E-Transfer

Cheques should be made payable to ‘The Linden School’ and indicate your daughter’s name and Before Care

E-Transfer to receivables@lindenschool.ca

Please note: We offer a grace period of 15 minutes between 5:45 pm and 6:00 pm to accommodate occasional/beyond your control circumstances. The After Care Program is only between 3:45 pm and 5:45pm, a late fee of $5.00 per minute will be charged if your daughter is picked up after 6:00pm.*
